10-DAY SERVICE WARRANTY:

We offer a 10-day workmanship warranty on qualifying nail enhancement services. If your nails experience lifting, cracking, chipping, or other product-related issues due to workmanship within 10 days of your original appointment, we will repair them free of charge.

Warranty Covers:

• Acrylic Full Sets & Refills
• Gel-X
• Builder Gel
• Dip Powder
• Gel Polish (application-related peeling or chipping)
• Product lifting or cracking due to workmanship

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Regular nail polish
• Damage caused by accidents, excessive force, improper care, picking, biting, or misuse
• Broken nails due to impact
• Normal wear and tear
• Requests to change color, shape, length, or design after completion
• Services performed or repaired by another salon
• Services more than 10 days after the original appointment

Warranty Guidelines:

• Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an issue to schedule your complimentary repair within the 10-day period.
• Warranty repairs will restore the original service only. Any design changes or upgrades will be charged accordingly.
• All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by salon management.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we are happy to correct any workmanship-related issues covered under this policy.
